AGRITOURISM “CORTE MANZINI”

The restaurant is open on Friday and Saturday for dinner and on Sunday for lunch.

In case of groups over 20 people, it is also possible to reserve a dinner or a lunch everyday by calling at +39 059701049. The rooms are available throughout the year. Since 2001 the old family farm estate has become an accommodation, becoming one of the most important agritourism of our territory that focuses mainly on the culinary Emilian traditions.
The quality of our fresh pasta-products is guaranteed by the experience of our “rezdore” that help us to create special tortellini, imperial soup, tortelloni, lasagne, crespelle, rosette and tagliatelle. Our menu cannot miss other specialities like tigelle (knead with the old technique of leavening called “lievito madre”), gnocco fritto and borlenghi cooked by Maurizio.
The whole production of fresh pasta is carefully controlled by Manzini Maurizio, Marika and Milena.

The restaurant is divided into 3 different rooms for a total capacity of about 100 people

NDuring summer you can also enjoy your meal outdoors, in our garden.

During these years, we have improved our accommodation, trying to combine it with his agricultural aspects, focusing mainly on the production and sale of our wine Grasparossa Lambrusco and of duroni of Vignola (fruit similar to cherry).

Here our guests can enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of an old country immersed in the nature between vineyards and cherry-trees without renouncing to all comforts offered in 8 rooms.
